I highly recommend Maggi and the rest of the Gently Kept staff. A day or two after moving out, I realized to my horror that some items of sentimental value (like my kids' baby clothes) had been left behind! I was heartsick, but Maggi assured me that they hadn't thrown anything out and would set them aside for me. Much to my relief and gratitude, everything was found and safely returned to me.
Moving and selling so much stuff would have been absolutely overwhelming: far more stressful and exhausting if we hadn't had Maggi. Everybody worked hard and did a fantastic job organizing and displaying items. The sale was a huge success with a total far beyond my hopes. Five stars!

After over 40 years of living in my home, Maggi and her staff at GentlyKept made the downsize transition easy with a "no worries" and a "you are special" attitude. It is a difficult time to say the least and this is one thing that I didn't want to have to worry about and take care of. They were just super to work with throughout the whole process.

Thank you for being a life saver when my husband and I needed to sell all of his aunts belongings within a 30 day period of time. We never expected to sell her house in one day. And we certainly never expected any potential buyer to want to be in the house within 30 days. After calling you, you met with us at her house within a few days and we had a sale scheduled within a couple of weeks.
You and your team were very professional with your displays and how you did your pricing. You and your team were also very respectful of the property as my husband wanted people to take their shoes off to respect the new owners. You provided booties and plastic runners throughout the house. The best part was that you met with us and settled up his aunts profits two days later. We would highly recommend you to anybody wanting to have an estate sale.

After my mom passed away I had a large house full of her possessions
that I needed to sell. I interviewed a few estate sale companies and they were so expensive and told me I didn't really have the right items for an estate sale. Once I contacted Gently Kept and had Maggie out to give me her thoughts I was so relieved.

After interviewing several estate sale businesses, I chose to work with Maggie Runke, Owner of Gently Kept. Many of the other companies I talked to were slow to respond and several, after a great deal of questioning, ended up having "mandatory" procedures for executing the sale that involved chargeable services not included in their original quotes. Several of them said I would "maybe" break even or owe them money for unwanted but "mandatory" cleaning of the premises, and disposal of items that didn't sell.
